  • Make a cup of tea or coffee
  • Open a tin of soup
  • Put a load of washing on
  • Wipe a toddler’s bottom
  • Make a shopping list
  • Put a child in a carseat
  • Push a shopping trolley

      Can you really open wine with one hand? That’s some snazzy corkscrew you have over there then . . . I have not yet mastered the one-handed wine opening, but I think I can state with confidence that I have mastered the others on your list. I have the one-handed wine DRINKING down to a science. Husband opens, I drink :-)

      I am duly impressed. When I broke my left arm and had to have surgery on it, I was dumbfounded by how much I learned I needed two hands to do.

      Ok, I can’t do the can opening trick. That would be useful. My 1-handed typing has improved in leaps and bounds.
