It is a natural and necessary process and women should not be forced to cover up. However, until our culture changes and breasts aren't synonymous with sex we would be wise to not show cleavage in the workplace, at least in a professional setting. And to be fair, if a man came into work in an office with his chest exposed he too would be asked to button up or change shirts. I agree 100% about the breastfeeding in public issue.
