It heartens me hugely to see people like Ellen, behaving like this - ie with dignity, intelligence and humour on US TV. Also addressing and espousing a non MOTR issue which could offend some viewers - more kudos! Please don't take this the wrong way - sorry but a lot of my US mates, here, take it as a slight that I'd prefer to live in the UK (where I grew up) to the US so I'm a bit cautious about saying anything about it that isn't 100% pure praise - but sometimes US TV comes over as quite conservative in both its world and alternative perspective.
